This helped me out a lot, considering I just started using PhotoShop and I have no idea what the heck I'm doing, this helped clear some things up with skin tones and everything, thanks  :D (Big Grin) Hug

By the way, what settings are your smudging tool on? It seems to get a really nice effect, but mine just looks stupid.

which is better: Photoshop cs5 or Paint Tool Sai?

i only have photoshop 'cause i use my school's assigned tablet :iconforeveraloneplz:

It all comes down to personal preference, and considering Photoshop was made for editing photos originally, I prefer sai. Sai is just simple and easy, but if you plan on pursuing a professional career from digital painting, I'd suggest trying to learn how to paint in photoshop :)
